Be among the first to stay in this new construction! Fabulous condo with nice finishes and new furniture. Everything you need for a great getaway on the mountain! Fall colors and temps are gorgeous on the mountain!

The living room, kitchen, and dining area are nicely appointed with your comfort in mind. Granite in kitchen and both baths; lvp flooring throughout. The bedroom has a queen bed and private master bath with jacuzzi tub. Additional guests can enjoy their own separate full guest bath off the hallway and sleep on the queen-sized sofa bed.

The deck has ample seating and a wooded view. If you want to stay in and relax, this is the place. However, if adventure is calling, the condo serves as a great base of operations for activities, as ski slopes, tubing, tennis, golf, fishing, hiking, wineries/breweries are nearby to make a day of it.

If you need to work, reliable wifi and a desk are ready for your use.

This is brand new construction as of July 2020--previous reviews are from same owner and condo layout; unfortunately, the whole building-- all 12 units-- burned down in a fire in 2017. We have rebuilt! so everything from the foundation up is brand new.

Only fourteen wide steps to the condo door! (Many Wintergreen condos have scores of stairs!)

We know you don't want to leave your pets behind; they are welcome here!!

Free wifi with Netflix and HuluPlus accounts already added for you--no cable.

In the spring, summer, and fall: tennis, golf, hiking and fishing. Swimming at the community pool or the local creeks and rivers. In the winter: Free ski shuttle stops directly out front and delivers you to the slopes. The condo includes a fireplace, free firewood, and lockable ski locker. Year round: great restaurants, breweries, wineries.

Great spot in Wintergreen

This was an excellent condo with plenty of amenities. For the price, this is definitely the best condo we have stayed at near a ski resort in the region. We would happily stay here again.

Nice family getaway

This was a great fit for our family getaway. A nice convenient place to relax after a full day skiing. We enjoyed the fireplace with wood provided and dryer for our wet clothes. All details were thought of, including a well stocked kitchen, and comfortable bedding. Highly recommended.

We had a wonderful time. The condo is well stocked with all we needed and beautifully decorated. We hiked and visited local breweries and vineyards. Lisa’s recommendations were on point and she was a gracious host.

Home away from home

The main reason for trip was snowboarding for our son. The place conveniently located just 5 min driving from ski area. Plenty of places to eat without driving outside. Pet friendly, we had our cat with us as well

We really enjoyed our stay at North Ridge in Wintergreen and hope to return. Great accommodations, especially with our dog. The queen size bed was a little too soft for us, but otherwise good. We would have loved a little later checkout time, after all the adventures from Saturday.

Nice condo, good location

Good location at the top of the mountain. Host was great in giving suggestions of things to do (and we did many of them!). Good, clean and new. Even got to watch a black bear walk by out front on an evening stroll!

Great place to stay with family. My youngest did amputee ski camp but slept over one of the nights me and my eldest stayed. Clean, pet friendly. Quiet lo ation for relaxing after a day of skiing or for workinb from 'home' while kids skied. Host is very helpful in getting information on what to do in area. Easy check in and check out.

Great Location

Perfect size condo for a couple and one pet. Ideally situated for many activities: hiking, golf, tennis, pickleball, swimming, etc. Very close to multiple restaurants. The only downside was the noise from the unit above (the TV and personal conversations are easily heard through the ceiling).

Cozy getaway

This place was perfect, we stayed 2 nights on a fun ski and snowboard getaway. The condo exceeded our expectations- it was spotless and nicely decorated; very cozy and had everything we could possibly need or want. It seemed like everything was brand new. We loved relaxing by the fire after a fun day of playing on the slopes. Our host communicated clearly and all was exactly as listed. We highly recommend staying here, and we intend to return to this beautiful condo in the future.

Wonderful Stay

This condo hosted by Lisa was perfect. Everything was stocked well and the condo is so nicely appointed. Bed linens were soft and comfy. Furniture was comfortable. Plenty of kitchenware to suit any chef. We loved the cool breezes on the balcony and watching the hummingbirds visit the upstairs balcony. Beautiful outside surroundings and a great place for a stroll or walk with the pups. A big thanks to Lisa!!

One night getaway

My husband and i were so grateful for the specific directions. We had no trouble finding the property. The unit was clean, well-appointed, and comfortable. Our only two issues were that we couldn't get the hot water to work, and the upstairs tenets were up before 7am and were making a lot of noise- stomping, moving furniture, vacuuming, and talking loudly. We were getting ip early anyway, but they were loud.

Great location, lovely property. Love that it is pet friendly. It was odd to have to turn on breakers and water upon arrival. If we had been out hiking and wanted to shower before heading to dinner we would not have had hot water to do so at check in, so just a heads up for future travelers. Seems like an unnecessary inconvenience. Host gave TONS of information about local places and activities, but was not as responsive as other hosts in my experience. We reached out to request early check in and received no response, just the standard check in email. I gave 4 stars because it was overall a positive experience and the drawbacks may not be a deal breaker for others.
