Beautiful cabin on quiet part of the property. Very clean and well kept. Spoke with the proprty manager prior to check-in and he was extremely friendly and personable. I would definitely stay with this host and property again.

My girlfriends and I went up for a bit of a retreat, and our trip could not have been more wonderful! Before we even got there, the host reached out and communicated with me to make sure I had all the information I needed to ensure a smooth check in. He even went out of his way to get me the info because my email wasn't working. When we got there, everything was clean, neat, and tidy. The cabin had most of what we needed, including kitchen items, which was a big plus, and the beds were pretty comfortable. The location of the cabin on the resort is *chef's kiss* perfect! Close enough to walk to the pool, far enough away from the noise. The staff at the resort was incredibly friendly and helpful, and they made sure anything we needed we received in a timely manner. The stable staff was pleasant, and the horseback trail ride was absolutely a highlight. If you happen to be wondering, the mac and cheese was divine, and the carrot cake was to die for, so beware! Throughout our stay we were checked on, and could not have asked for better service. No doubt I will be booking here again!
My partner and I celebrated our 10-year anniversary with a cabin retreat that was nothing short of magical. The setting was serene and picturesque—nestled beside a stunning lake that shimmered at sunset and offered peaceful morning views. The cabin itself was spotless and beautifully rustic, striking the perfect balance between cozy charm and modern comfort. Highly recommend for couples looking to celebrate something special or simply escape into nature together.

What a beautiful resort! So much to do and so many ways to relax. Views and sweet spots to sit all over the property. The cabin was clean and had everything we needed. We will for sure be back and would recommend it to family’s.
My husband and I decided to just get away not to far from home. I have heard great things about this resort. We were not disappointed, lots to do, great place. The host was in contact with us upon arrival and making sure we were pleased. Thank you for sharing...we will definitely be back again. This is a great place for families. The area around has plenty of wineries, breweries if you are into these...wonderful time. If i could give a higher rating I would...thank you for sharing your place.
We are still talking about the awesome getaway we had. The cabin was the perfect size for our quiet couple vacation. We were able to unwind and reconnect. We enjoyed cooking meals and exploring the resort together. Also, the resort had so many activities for times when we wanted to engage with others from movies, putt-putt golf, horsedrawn carriages, and live music. From the time we booked and throughout our stay, William was very attentive and responsive. We are already planning our next stay!

Our family decided to go to this resort for the Memorial Day weekend! Overall, it was nice. However, I wished that the cabins would have been power washed prior to our arrival. It was so much pollen, bugs, etc on the exterior and it looked dirty. The inside of the cabin was clean but there were a lot of spiders and this is to be expected when staying in nature. I would consider going again.
My family was looking for a fun place to go for Memorial Day Weekend and stumbled upon Shenandoah Crossings. We had never been nor knew of anyone who had been. We were delighted with what we found. We rented with William and he was great with information and communication about the upcoming reservation. The property was great - huge lake, beautiful horses, great little cabins tucked away in the woods, activities all day for the kids to do, etc. We enjoyed fishing, boating, kayaking, free mini golf, both outdoor pools, the arcade and even live music in the lobby bar. I would certainly recommend planning a trip and renting from William.
When we arrived were were greeted by the staff and everyone was professional and friendly. Our cabin was absolutely beautiful and offered all the modern amenities. The property was gorgeous and the walking trails were well maintained. There were countless activities on site for all ages to enjoy and they even have a private movie theater. If you like to fish, don’t forget your rods and if you do, you can rent them on site.
If you enjoy wine, there are numerous wineries just a few miles from the resort.
We had lunch at The BBQ Exchange and it was delicious! Don’t forget to use your Bluegreen band for a discount.
Thank you William for checking on us several times during our visit to make sure we had everything we needed and offering suggestions for activities and dining. You were an amazing host and we can’t wait to visit again soon!
I can not say enough wonderful things about this property, as well as the host, William! He was very helpful and informative throughout the entire booking process. He always answered my questions and messages in an extremely timely manner. He made himself available for questions or concerns on check in day, as well as throughout our entire stay.
We did not run into a single issue during the stay. The cabin was equipped with everything mentioned in the listing, and it was very clean and organized. My husband and two young children enjoyed the property so much. We went horseback riding, hiking, and rented golf carts all at a very reasonable price. We will definitely be coming back!
Perfect for a get away ! pools, store, horse back riding, putt putt, fishing, golf cart rentals. We enjoyed this trip as we are outdoor people but did not want beach this year.
My family and I spent four nights in one of these gorgeous cabins. The property is gorgeous service amazing so many accommodations. We enjoyed the indoor pool, Horseback rides and all around relaxing experience. I would highly recommend. Can’t wait to visit again
My big family enjoyed this spring break getaway here!! The property was perfectly sized for us and the 4 children. Cabin had everything needed for the stay. The owner is great with communication and helped solve issues with the resort as needed.
The resort is packed with so much to do for all ages! We enjoyed the activity house with crafts, the trail ride on the horses is a must do! The recreation area and putt putt loaded with fun! We already cannot wait to come back again soon, thank you!

First time using VRBO and things were easy oeasy. Great communication with the owner and the property was beautiful. Had a wonderful covid cautious stay. Will definitely return
Good property and experience. Lots of fun things to do relatively socially distanced with kids. Would recommend others, especially w kids, bring lots of food and dish soap with them as options are limited in the close vicinity. We brought food but still needed to do a pickup at Walmart middway.
This was an excellent location for my famiky of 7 (two teens and 3 preschool aged children). Everyo e had something to do and the staff were very friendly. I would love to come back when COVID-19 is no longer an issue and the pools can open. Though this was not an issue, the kids loved the equestrian center, playground, kayaking and mini golf.
The communication with the owner was excellent and the very mininal requests that we had were addressed immediately.
