Airport shuttle service was excellent! Michelle went out of her way to accommodate us! All the staff that we dealt with were excellent and so welcoming. I would definitely stay here again.

HYATT house Charlotte/Center City
The room was clean, the hallways smelled fresh and the staff at check in/out was helpful. The valet parking staff were nice and quick, $42. I wish the restaurant/bar was open later than 10pm. Would have been a better option than walking around outside of the hotel. Several people sleeping and panhandling ...
