"The door entrance you sent via a picture was not the main door. I then walked around and found the lockbox. I had requested if some lights could be on because I had a late arrival at 10pm and they were not. The dock to the patio to get in is a bit far from the dock. You should have a handrail built there especially since you don’t allow the boat to leave. Using a hose that hangs from the ceiling to balance myself carrying my luggage to the patio is very unsafe. All of the staff was very friendly and the room was lovely. I loved having a pool to access and the free dinner and breakfast was a great bonus! My favorite special touch was the popcorn machine in the lobby!
