"I was in and out pretty quick as I had an issue with a flight and had to layover. But I will say the staff was as friendly as any I have ever encountered. From the hotel shuttle drivers to the front desk! "

"Room was not very clean. Bathroom floor and shower was gross. The fabric at end of bed had red sticky stuff all over it. Staff was responsive to neighbors fighting though so that was appreciated."

"We paid £500 for two days of waterpark and a room for a night, fo myself and my son. We got there no room availible to check in, so had to leave all oir belongings in the open. We stayed for 4 hrs as my son could see past the cleanliness, then left. I mentioned it to staff, but they just appeared happy to take our money. I basically paid £500 to spend 4hrs in a dirty, over crowded waterpark. Terrible experiance, and aligns with most peoplea views who have attended the park. This is on Expedia also, you should not be dealing with buisness this bad. "
