We had a group of 10 friends for the weekend and this house fit our needs perfectly. Ample space for us to eat, hang out, and have comfortable sleeping quarters. Neighborhood was easy to navigate and all the food and shopping we wanted to hit was walkable from the house. We appreciated how quickly the property manager responded to questions. Would definitely recommend!
We were in Charleston for our son’s wedding, this rental was perfect for our family to gather. Walking distance to town, near parking for the rental also.

We had the most amazing stay at the Thomas Waring house! They thought of everything with the amenities and in the design of the space. My friends and I were all very impressed and will definitely book this again on our next trip to the area!! Perfect for a big group of people. Wonderful hang out places indoor and outdoor and very comfortable bedrooms.
We were a group of 12 and this house was perfect for a large party like ours . Lots of room, clean, and had everything we needed. It’s about a 15 walk to King St. and a 5 minute Uber from pretty much anywhere in town!
The property was exactly as described! The house was beautiful and in a nice area within walking distance to downtown. The porches were cozy and had enough seating for everyone. Everything about the house was lovely! The concierge was super responsive to questions. We would love to come back for another visit.
We loved our stay. The house is absolutely beautiful--the rooms are great, nice beds etc, Everything we needed, and the management company was very communicative. It's within walking distance to everything (we also used the Uber bikes a bunch, as there's conveniently a drop location around the corner from the house). I was really happy I had earplugs to sleep as you could hear everything outside from our room.

Overall very good— nicely restored
Nice bedrooms/ bath / kitchen etc
BUT
Parking was inconvenient- and confusing
Manager had to call all guests to get cars moved because no guest of any units knew the rules- people were blocked in on several occasions- the were a LOT of stairs ( should state that clearly in literature)!
Only table that would seat 10 people was on the outside porch- no problem for us but weather doesn’t always cooperate.
—and access to top floor was a challenge but kids could do it- narrow spiral staircase
People who are not physically fit could have a problem getting out in an emergency
