The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

Very nice

Place was nice, attention to the cleaning detail, floors,door frames where handled and light switches should be cleaned after each visitor stay. Just an observation as we are professional cleaners. The noise from the metal plates on the road in front of the house kept us up throughout the night.

Charming stay in CHS

We enjoyed our stay! The VRBO was so charming and perfectly clean! Close to night life so that will keep you awake late. This is the bottom unit and the unit above must have thin floors because you could hear all the footsteps above. Just something to note if traveling with children or babies!

Wish we could stay longer

Property was amazing. We only needed a place to stay for the night while doing a college tour and wanted some place to show the character of the area. Really wish we could've stayed a couple of extra days to enjoy the property. Beds were great, the living area was very cozy, and the kitchen was fantastic! Very walkable as well.

Nice place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. The property manager was quick to respond with any questions we had. Amenities were great. The beds were comfy. Might want to bring noise cancellation, the master bed was facing the street and could be noisy. The coffee shop Bad Bunnies was just 5 minutes away which was great!!

Family Vacation

Great location, great layout, just what we were looking for at a reasonable price. Much nicer and bigger than a friends rental that was just a little bit less per night. Will stay here again!

Wonderful and comfortable stay away from hustle and bustle

We loved this property! It was close enough to walk to a variety of restaurants and shops, and it was close enough to drive locally in the city and in the general area in 20-30 minutes’ time. It was comfortable, spacious and well-kept. Will definitely stay here again in the future!

Great spot and location

We had a great stay here. The second bedroom is a little tight with larger luggage but outside of that, totally great. The location was very ideal and the area felt secure and safe. We didn’t utilize parking but it looked just fine. The washer/dryer didn’t dry too well, but absolutely could have been user error on our end. Thank you for a great stay!

Fantastic Home

Wonderful property for a Charleston getaway. Well equipped kitchen and has so many modern updates. Was blown away by the cleanliness and the proximity to King street. On site parking is a huge plus.

Nice stay in Charleston

We has a very nice stay here. The apartment is near King Street - easy walk - and close to a number of restaurants, bars, and other shops. We particularly enjoyed breakfast at The Daily. While there is street noise (plenty of warning about it) in the front bedroom, the noise machine helps and it wasn't an issue for us. Overall, we would stay here again on another visit to Charleston.

Great house and lication

The house was great- very comfortable. The only negative is it was a little noisy from street noise and people walking around late. But I’d definitely recommend it and would stay again!

Charming but ....

I thought the kitchen could have been better appointed - it was minimally equipped. Very few spoons, no teapot, no hot mitt, two sugar packets, etc. The front bedroom door did not close properly due to the rug placement. When I rolled the corner of the rug back to facilitate the door closing, all the residue from the rug backing covered the floor. The runner in the kitchen was a tripping hazard and we immediately placed it aside. Considering the cost of the cleaning fee, I thought it was inappropriate to request that guests take out their garbage.
