We had 2 couples that stayed in this property for an extended weekend. It was absolutely perfect. The communication with the property manager was flawless and the accommodations were clean and comfortable. The location was great -- a short walk from King St. My wife and I are runners, so we had a great location to run around the entire peninsula. Just love the architecture and history of Charleston. A 5-star vacation in every way.
Location was clean and neat. Quaint accommodations typical of area. Needed Internet service /WiFi was lost but management was quick to respond and provided temporary fix and then, corrected problem in one day. Apartment is a second floor walk up with an updated kitchenette.
Perfect location for walking to restaurants and to King street. It is a busy street during the week days with commuters in the AM and an active weekend street in the evening. I didn’t mind but some might. Just bring earplugs if you are a sensitive sleeper.
Overall I would stay here again. The historic neighborhood was great.
The property was very nice. Very clean. Very nicely decorated. A good half hour walk to King Street. If you sleep in the front room, the traffic is extremely loud and busy. You will need to bring earplugs for sure. Comfy beds though. But really a lovely home for a getaway!

Perfect place for a family
This was a great location, not too far from the main shopping and eating areas in Charleston. The Cannon House was a refreshing break from staying in traditional hotels.
We had a wonderful stay at King in Five. The home was so thoughtfully done, providing everything we needed and more to be comfortable. The beds were cosy, the shower was great and the details were perfect. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to others.

Very cute and well located.
Just a quick walk to King Street. Authentic design. Cute and comfortable.
Had a fabulous weekend in your lovely Charleston home. We were here for a wedding that was right around the corner and the location was perfect! Thank you for sharing your home with us!
Our experience was fantastic! The unit was amazing ...great location and furnishings exceeded our expectations. We especially enjoyed the porch. I would recommend this to anyone visiting Charleston.
We stayed for just one night as a little get away before the busy holiday season ramped up. The house was gorgeous and cleaned to perfection. The check in process was supper easy! It was close to everything or just a short 5-10 minute drive. We are already planning another trip to stay here and see more sights! We loved it!

Circa 1840’s, unique kind of place. Nice.
Loved the walking tour, Plantation tour, mansions tours, Patriots Point and the old city. Early May is before the summer heat begins.
We loved our stay here and would definitely book this rental again. As another reviewer pointed out, it does not have a table for eating, but we found ourselves eating on the patio or at one of the nearby neighborhood restaurants (especially loved Brown’s Court Bakery). Easy drive to Isle of Palms and walk to King street. Beds were very comfortable and the city noise did not bother us. Appreciated the beautiful decor.
Communication from property manager exceptional!!! The beds.. hands down THE BEST!! Wish they gave us a few more towels and extra box of tissues but otherwise.. terrific!!
The was cute and beautiful. Perfect location. Great communication from the owner. Charleston is a great town to take your time and soak and enjoy. TV was a bit tough to use because we were not familiar with streaming, but that was the only issue…..and the owner did their best to get us going on that. Would come back in a heartbeat!
