This welcoming 3-bedroom, 3-bath apartment offers visitors convenient access to all that Charleston has to offer. Located on the third floor of a historic Charleston single home built in the late 1800s, and set back from the street with off-street parking, the apartment overlooks candy-colored historic homes that dot the neighborhood and provides a true Charleston experience for guests. Easily walkable to MUSC, College of Charleston, King Street’s most popular retail and restaurants, & more.

The apartment recently underwent a full renovation, completed in spring 2017. Measuring just under 1,000 square feet, the apartment offers three bedrooms each featuring premium bedding and its own full bathroom with shower. Thoughtful care has been put into crafting a clean and efficient space that offers all of the amenities of a boutique hotel (bath products, high-end towels and linens, hair dryers, iron, wi-fi, premium TV channels, etc.) with the added convenience of a full, chef-ready kitchen, washer/dryer, and a classic Charleston single-style porch for enjoying the nearly year-round comfortable temperatures Charleston offers its visitors.

The property allows for one off-street parking space directly across the street from us in our private lot. Additional parking is available at a fee.

This apartment is on the top floor of the three-story property. The home features two additional 3 BR/3 BA rentals - one, a garden level apartment, and the other on the first floor - that can be rented in conjunction with this apartment for larger groups. Please inquire if interested.

The linens on the beds were beautiful, the beds/pillows were comfortable, the kitchen was fully loaded to prepare a meal, and when we needed lightbulbs, they were there in minutes! We will be back at Christmas.

My family of 4 absolutely loved our stay here!! You can tell the owners take so much pride in their home. The space is so well cared for, charming and comfy. Highly recommend for a stay in Charleston. Great location to downtown, we walked everywhere. There is a delicious soup spot (Ladles) right next door, a bakery a few steps away and a yummy coffee spot. We travelled with two teens and loved that they were able to have their own full bathroom. Stay here, you won't be disappointed!

Loved the fact that the three bedrooms each had their own bathroom. That was a game changer. Everything was nice and clean and well though out. If I even had to have a complaint it would be that the couch was a bit uncomfortable : ) but otherwise we had a great stay and would recommend this place for sure!

The rep met us the first day when we arrived, showed us the place, helped with bags, pointed out parking, etc. It was clean. The Brita pitcher in the fridge and noise machines in the rooms were a nice surprise. The bathrooms could use a small shelf in bathroom by sinks (not much space for toiletries). The parking situation is tight. There are only eight spaces and we had to park parallel along a fence in the lot instead of in a spot.

Best Place to stay in Charleston!

We had the best weekend ever celebrating a birthday. This place was immaculate and had all the enmities from home. The owners go way beyond the normal VRB owners. Summer Get-a-Way

The location was perfect! Safe neighborhood close to downtown entertainment and food. Renovated home was set up and stocked perfectly for our best friend couples trip. Each couple got their own queen size bed and separate bathroom. Kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with all necessities. Absolutely loved access to a private porch for early morning coffee or late night beverages. George is an extremely nice gentleman, prompt and helpful in all his correspondence and suggestions. Would definitely stay at this location again if visiting Charleston in the future!
