While you’ll love the convenience of being so close to the action, please note there may be occasional city noise, especially during weekends. The Space: This two-story beauty features a Queen bedroom on the first floor with a walk-in closet and adjoining bath. The second floor offers a light-filled Main bedroom with a Smart TV, balcony, walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom. Another Queen bedroom with ensuite anchors the other end of the second floor. The living area is flexible, with a sofabed and Smart TV, flowing into a sleek kitchen with high-end finishes such as custom cabinetry, gas stove, and quartz countertops. Washer/dryer is located on the first floor.
Private parking, and a sitting garden complete the allure. Wando House is half a block off of King Street.

Our location offers the vibrant energy of a lively urban setting, with fantastic dining, entertainment, and music venues nearby, including those on King Street, just a block away. While we comply with the city's noise ordinance and cannot control external noise, we advise guests that street noises and typical urban sounds are to be expected. We do not provide discounts or refunds for noise-related complaints. By renting this unit, you acknowledge and accept the potential for noise as described.
EXTENUATING CIRCUMSTANCES HURRICANE POLICY: If a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued by the Governor during the dates of your stay specifically for the county in which the property is located, the extenuating circumstances policy will be in effect, and we will refund any deposits or payments paid by the guest. We shall have no additional liability concerning the reservation. However, if a Mandatory Evacuation Order is NOT issued, then THE STANDARD CANCELLATION POLICY WILL REMAIN IN EFFECT SHOULD THE GUEST CHOOSE TO CANCEL THEIR RESERVATION. If inclement weather in any other part of the country or world during the dates of stay prohibits or alters the guest (or any individuals in the guest's group) from traveling to the property, a refund will not be issued, and we shall have no liability with respect to the reservation.
