Folly Beach Riverfront Apt with dock, private boat ramp kayaks and bikes

Come enjoy the amazing views of this beautiful apartment that occupies the 2nd and 3rd floor of this 3 story home that sits on a tidal river with private boat ramp near Folly Beach. Hang out on our brand new beautiful dock.
We provide a pass for free parks access and kayaks for your adventures or you can use your boat to explore the vast rivers and inlets leading to the ocean or the many restaurants in the Charleston area that have docking for boats.
Come for the beach, but stay for the views which are literally surrounded by breathtaking views of the river and marsh that wrap around 3 sides of the home. Bring your binoculars to view the many birds and other wildlife that make regular appearances at the house. Lounge on any of the 4 balconies including main deck with seating for 6, sunrise and sunset balconies, or the relaxing shaded balcony.
Prepare dinner for the family in the chef's kitchen featuring granite counters and stainless appliances, that comes fully stocked with pots, pans and all the necessities for the cook in your household. The stainless gas grill on the main deck is always available to please.
After dinner relax in the living room featuring 50” smart streaming roku TV with premium cable and free WiFi, super comfy sofa and loveseat.
The master bedroom suit spans the entire 3rd floor and the most beautiful sunrises you've ever seen from your own personal balcony. It features brand new high end pillow top king mattress. You’ll think you’re sleeping on a cloud. It boasts wide open views of the surrounding river and marsh. Soak and melt away in the master bath's jacuzzi tub.
The first floor is a 1BR apartment and is a rental as well so if you need more space for a large family you can rent the entire house!

Last but certainly not least, guests also have access to their own private kayak tour guide and yoga instructor. Book with us and sign up for a private kayak tour or outside yoga class!

*Please note, the river is a tidal river and will dry out at low tide, we may have a 3 night min stay for weekend or holiday trips that are not attached to another reservation, pets must be approved prior to booking and we typically only book 3 months in advance to insure rates are updated. Wonderful accommodations! It had everything we needed to feel like we were at home, complete with games that my family and I played; bingo and candyland were our choices. It the perfect location, and it's very quiet on the marsh. Stunning views. Comfy beds. Nice furniture. Loved it!

The owner of the property was so awesome and responsive, it was great!!Property was amazingly located on the water, it was great to walk out onto the dock in the morning to pray and have a cup of coffee. Neighborhood is extremely quiet, and the house was nice. They had lots of cooking stuff if you need to make food. Best place to eat in our entire stay in Charleston was 20min away, Wild Olive, HIGHLY HIGHLY SUGGEST eating there, absolutely incredible!!

In town for Marine Corps Ball

We needed a place in Charleston to go to the Marine Corps Ball with our daughter. This was the perfect place for a family get away. Beautiful house and location. My wife even forgot and left HER pillow at the house the owner immediately mailed it to us. Definitely will stay here again and recommend anyone comeing to Charleston to give it a try.

We stayed in this property for Parents Weekend at The Citadel. It was a short drive back and forth to The Citadel. The views of this property were amazing. There is a Harris Teeter close by. The manager was easy to work with, and we loved the property.

We had a wonderful stay here. It is just as described and included bikes and kayaks. We enjoyed the deck for morning coffee and sunrises. The location is perfect; just a short drive to the beach or downtown for fun and sightseeing. I will be back.

Beautiful location and helpful property manager

Our family made fun memories in this beautifully located home over a dreary March weekend. The listing was accurate and the home was comfortable for the 5 of us. Just had a couple of small hiccups which were addressed quickly by the property manager. If you love the marsh as much as we do, this is a great place!

Unfortunately for us we picked the 3 coldest day/s nights for a getaway. We did not get to use the bikes, balconies, or dock. That said, the views from inside were amazing. The house was spacious, clean, comfortable and had everything we needed: extra blankets, towels, and a well-stocked kitchen. The location was great- easy access to beach, restaurants, supermarkets, but in a quiet residential neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

We love Folly and this Riverfront Apartment. We have stayed here multiple times, and have never been dissapointed! The apartment is well stocked and always clean and inviting! Todd is amazing. He answers your questions or concerns promptly and goes above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. We love the view from the many decks and dock! Already looking forward to our next trip..
