"Food was good with lots of fresh and healthy choices especially breakfast. Staff were superb especially restaurant and bar staff who made service more personal. Great pool and general location of the hotel is good. I would consider a return visit. "

"Great hotel but needs to treat all its customers fairly. Charging 40 Euros / day for a sunbed cushion (albeit bundled with food & drinks) is a poor way to treat customers !! Staff were very friendly but when we checked in, we were left to find our rooms (5 minute walk away with 3 flights of stairs) with our luggage by ourselves. A bit disappointing "

"From the moment I entered it the folks behind the desk were very helpful and courteous.ln particular Geronimo was very helpful but indeed all the staff did everything they could to make my stay pleasant and enjoyable. Bin in kitchen was dirty Bedding changed twice during 7 night stay No microwave or oven in kitchenette only a dirty kettle and hob which I didn’t use 1 washing machine and 1 tumble dryer located on site Breakfast nice Spacious rooms Comfortable bed Pools nice"

"Property could do with some improvements, very weathered, nice view points, nice quiet front, short walk to bars and shops. Maid was lovely, receptionist not so much, no warm welcome, just here’s your room key take the lift, next please…. Restaurant .. wow, shocking… what I can say, no organisation, kids running up and down as staff move food round 30 prior to service closing, stayed 4 nights only went for breakfast twice, same each time, no glasses, no seats, no coffee cups, not a lot of fresh fruit options (chips for breakfast). Staff too busy closing down areas and cleaning table. "
