"Excellent central location in Reforma. 15min walk to Centro/Chinatown. Breakfast has wonderful variety of food, Starbucks in hotel, OxxO, 7-11, pharmacy nearby as well as a great taco place across the street."

My one complaint is the cost of laundry and no option to do it yourself and that the pool and hot tub were closed for annual maintenance which was not noted on their website or our reservation. One of the main reasons I chose the hotel was for the rooftop pool! "
