"The room was full of ants and other small insects. I was staying in the middle of Tuscany wine country, I would expect my room to have a corkscrew and at least glass glasses. The room only had flimsy plastic cups. "

"Room was large and very clean. Bed was king sized and comfortable. Check-in was easy with underground parking for a nominal fee. Hotel is right outside downtown area, making it super walkable. Breakfast was great with many options. "

"Absolutely beautiful property. The views are stunning - it was a picture perfect view. We stayed in mid-March, so it was too cool to sit outside much. This would be an amazing property when a bit warmer. The outside space would be wonderful for meals. The house itself is adorable and very comfortable. Fabio is an excellent host. He does a great job explaining the property and was very quick to respond both before and after arrival. The location is a short drive to Pienza. We did not walk to town. "
