Peaceful studio in Chapel Hill

This is a little studio apartment in a ground-level basement in Chapel Hill. You have your own rear entrance, spacious parking, large outdoor seating area, and absolute peace and quiet in the forest. The house and entire neighborhood is very pretty and just a scenic, 10-minute drive from the center of Chape Hill. This rental was clean, fairly priced, and the perfect place to stay for a week-- highly recommend!

Very clean, a little dust on vents & inside dresser, otherwise very clean. User error on my part with the electronic lock. Very quick help via text, when I still had an issue, owner came out to help me. She was super nice & gracious. She even gave her personal contact # if I needed it. Lovely wooded property. Very restful even though I am here working. Great shower. Washer & dryer very handy. Would stay again!!!
