The closets had no rods, shelves, or hangers, and there were no dressers, which made unpacking and storing clothes difficult. The bathrooms lacked hooks for towels, and the seating in the common area was both limited and uncomfortable, making it hard to spend time together as a group. The bedding was also uncomfortable. The exterior could also use some attention, as weeds were noticeable at the entrance. We experienced a few technical issues with the lock but those were quickly resolved by the property manager. Location was great, close to Arts and Crafts Community and a short drive to the Gatlinburg downtown area. "
