In addition, the hand sanitiser provided wasn’t working. Staff were initially dismissive. There was a handbasin the the room but not soap provided. Also no feminine hygiene bins. Would recommend against staying here. "

"The room (including the bathroom) was spacious with an excellent mountain view out the windows. It was equipped with necessary kitchen appliances and a kettle was provided upon request, though some basic kitchen utensils were missing. "
