What a surprise !

The hotel looks a little shabby from the exterior however once you enter your room it is a whole new experience. The room was clean, had a coffee machine, comfy bed and pillows and flat screen TV. plenty of wardrobe space. Bathroom had a great shower, large lit mirror, hairdryer, heated towel rail and clean soft towels. Room had controllable heating too.

Heureusement qu'une nuit

Premier contact avec l'hôtel par téléphone, pour demander une annulation, ma journée ayant changé. Appel a 13h ou l'on me dis "prévenez nous avant 14h". Je fini de reorganisé ma journée, rappel et là on me dis:" non même avec l'option annulation (payante) c'est 24h a l'avance, je demande donc un geste commercial qui m'est refusé. La sa aurait dû me mette la puce à l'oreille. Un client qui veut annulé on préfère l'obligé à venir et donc a payé. Du coup obligé de réorganiser ma journée car il ne respecte pas leur premier discours. Et donc j'ai pris quelque photos un peu plus détaillées de la chambre. Poussière, moisissures, un rouleau de PQ qui a été sortie de je ne sais où, mais que je n'utiliserai pas, rouilles, ménage non fait sur les boutons de lumière et d'autres endroits. Les espaces extérieurs ne sont pas entretenues non plus.
