Il a aussi 1 theorie que la climatisation pollue plus que le reste etc Le boeuf et la volaille aussi.N+Bref nous n'avaons pas dormi de la nuit. "The Chateau Colbert has been extensively restored over the past 20 years or so to a very high standard. This has obviously been a labour of love for the present owners. The rooms are very comfortable and the views over the river and forests were outstanding. The food and service were exceptional and the dining room was a wonderful place to eat. They have the largest Japanese garden in Europe which we definitely return to see. The Chateau is highly recommended."

"Petit déjeuner prévu à 7h30. La personne arrive à 7h35 et commence seulement à mettre le pain et le croissants au four. Évidemment je me suis contentée d une brioche ( un peu juste pour un petit déjeuner à 15 euros). Le lendemain je prenais mon petit déjeuner à 8h, j’ai donc pensé que tout serait prêt et bien non ! Même schéma. Cet hôtel est bien pour les vacances mais pas pour un professionnel qui se lève et doit déjeuner pour réussir sa journée de travail. Dommage."
