Beautiful and peaceful

Beautiful grounds , wish we had tried the restaurants but didn’t have time. Room was spacious but air conditioning was very weak on a hot night . Otherwise the place was beautiful and peaceful.

Beautiful chateau a little bit out of the way, Main restaurant is very good, make reservations. Room was large and comfortable. Staff was helpful. No elevator on the top floor is problematic.

Very disappointing. Room was functional but v dated (bad 1980s) low quality decor e.g flimsy black wardrobe with no doors. Also, i disliked the fact they charge extra for coffee in the room and would not give me any milk for tea in the morning. On the positives, the bathroom was spacious and the bed was comfortable. V basic and unluxurious for the price.

It is our fourth time in la Barbinière. Really lovely hotel. Nice pool area. Nice restaurants. And nice rooms. Conveniently located for us going from Toulouse to Normandy. Our holiday starts in la Barbinière!

Chateau Stay with a twist!

We stayed in one of the converted courtyard rooms which were excellent quality with a very modern touch, very satisfied and would visit again

Plutôt déçu de cet Hôtel. Chambre standard dans la maison du gardien ,donc plutôt loin du château "c'est normal c'est une chambre standard !" (sic). Odeur d'humidité et de vieux dès l'entrée dans le bâtiment, chambre très petite (à peine 12 m²) la porte des toilettes est à 30 cm du bout du lit, trace d'humidité sur le rideau, boiserie de la fenêtre très abimée bref pas terrible pour son prix...143€ tout de même ! Peut être les autres chambres standard dans les autres annexes sont elles plus grandes et plus confortable ? Pas eu envie de tester le petit déjeuner donc pas d'avis sur le sujet. Sinon très beau parc,

L’air climatisé ne fonctionne pas, cheveux dans la douche, bas sale sur le plancher de la salle de bain, crochet au mur x2 sans cadres, fil électrique au mur sans luminaire. Déjeuner 18 euro très mauvais, nous avons eu droit au restant dans les plats. L’extérieur et jardin très beau. Cet endroit n’est pas un 4 étoiles.
