Allways a queue for the lifts which wasn't good,and rooms could do with an update, no usb in rooms,which nowadays is a must for everyone. Rooms are clean and well serviced but just could do with bringing bang up to date. Overall excellent hotel Staff really good and helpful Food good Would recommend"

"The apartment was right in St Helier, just above the bus station, which although you could hear the buses, didn't bother us at all as everything went quieter in the evening. Everything was spotless, the bed was nice and comfy, and the living room was a good size with a view of the harbour. The kitchen was a reasonable size, with everything in it that you would need. The bathroom was nice although as the shower was over the bath it was a little narrow, but nice and powerful. Staff were helpful and polite, and if you got up early enough had free scones and croissants in reception for you to have. Very happy, and had a wonderful stay."
