Our room was on ground floor - best described as clean but a little compact - space between dressing table and end of bed was tight and drawing curtains challenging behind tv and dressing table area. Beds were comfortable and bathroom bright and clean.

Comfortable stay in cosy double room. All staff very friendly and attentive. We rented a car for convenience which was nice to have for going to and from the airport and for visiting some beaches. There is a bus stop right outside the hotel which offers frequent (and cheap) transport into Saint Peter Port. Would return to this hotel without hesitation.

From start to finish I received excellent customer service. Great communication when I booked the hotel. All staff are very welcoming and friendly. Hotel is beautiful and very modern and clean. Excellent food, very clean with good daily room service, very pleasant staff. Only downside is access to the separate accommodation block. There are 8 very steep steps, then for upstairs rooms a staircase with curves meaning it is difficult to take suitcases up.
