The indoor area of 107sqm
One-floor villa with comfort, elegant style, and gorgeous sea view! Entering the villa from the main door, you will find an open-plan space with the kitchen and the living area! The living area consists of a corner sofa, a flat-screen 55’ Smart TV with satellite channels coffee table, and a big window door that lets the sunlight gets inside! Prepare a Cretan meal in the kitchen that is fully equipped with all the necessary amenities and appliances and dine with your loved one either at the indoor or the outdoor dining table. The window door leads to the veranda with the sofas and the Seaview!

Villa Isalos has three airy bedrooms, all on the same level. Two of the bedrooms have two single beds (0.80 cm * 2.00m) that can be used either as singles or as king-sized beds. One of these bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has a king-sized bed with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A communal bathroom is available for all the guests.

Outdoor is an amazing place to be with a lot of facilities and amenities:
• Swimming pool of 30sqm (maximum depth 1.50m). Free heated pool, upon request free of charge for 2022-2023 by a Pool Heat Pump at about 27 - 28°C depending on weather conditions.
• Six sunbeds, a living area, and a gazebo are available for relaxing moments.
• Outdoor dining area and a gas BBQ
• Outdoor shower near the pool
• On the back yard there is a parking space for 2 cars.
• Last but not least, there is a door that lets you be on the beach just a few steps from the villa.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 10€ per night from March to October and 4€ per night from November to February. This fee will be paid in cash on arrival.
