Indoor Facilities VillAgioi Villa III spans two thoughtfully designed floors and accommodates up to 5 guests. The villa welcomes you through the main gate and private parking area directly into the outdoor leisure space, seamlessly blending into the bright open-plan interior. On the ground floor, the cosy living area features a 40" Smart TV, PlayStation 4, coffee table, and a modern sofa, set beneath sliding glass doors that open to the pool terrace for smooth indoor-outdoor flow. The kitchen includes full stainless steel appliances and a sleek breakfast bar for two, perfect for casual meals or morning coffee. Also on the ground level is the first ensuite bedroom, offering a Queen-size Coco Mat bed (1.70 x 2.00), Smart 32" TV, air conditioning, open closet, and a luggage shelf. The ensuite bathroom features a walk-in shower and separate toilet area, with pool views completing this restful space. The upper floor includes the second ensuite bedroom, featuring a King-size Coco Mat bed (1.80 x 2.00) that can be converted into twin beds (0.90 x 2.00) upon request. This room is equipped with a Smart 32" TV, A/C, open wardrobe, and an ensuite split bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet. It also enjoys access to a private balcony for a peaceful escape. Adjacent to the main bedroom on the same floor, there is an additional room ideal for one more guest. It includes a pull-out sofa bed, a Smart 32" TV, A/C, an open closet, a luggage shelf, and a private ensuite bathroom--perfect for a teenager, child, or an extra adult. This sofa bed is provided upon prior request at an additional cost. The private pool, measuring 6.5 by 4 meters with a consistent depth of 1.40 meters, is the centrepiece of the garden, complemented by a refreshing poolside shower. Surrounding the pool are three comfortable cushioned sun loungers and a cozy lay-down pouf shaded by a parasol--ideal for soaking up the sun or unwinding with a book. The fully equipped outdoor kitchenette features an electric grill barbecue, making it easy to prepare delicious meals outdoors. A large dining table accommodates all guests for memorable al fresco dinners or casual gatherings. The entire area is easily accessible from the villas living space, allowing for seamless indoor-outdoor living throughout your stay. The complex offers three on-site parking spaces, available on a first-come, first-served basis. Additional vehicles can be parked on the street nearby, subject to availability. There are two neighbouring complexes located on the same property: VillAgioi Villas Complex consists of three villas, each with 2 bedrooms & Villa Saints Complex includes two villas, one with 2 bedrooms and one with 3 bedrooms. Feel free to choose any villa based on the size and needs of your group to ensure a perfect and comfortable stay. 6/7-day cleaning service The rates include housekeeping every day except Sundays & public holidays. For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one change of linens and towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we offer one change of linens and towels every 4 days. From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 2EUR per night/villa from April to October and 0.5EUR per night/villa from November to March.
