Fantastic place to stay in Chania!

Lovely stay in amazing Chania! Shalom hotel is a perfect place to stay if you want to be in the heart of the city close to shops and restaurants. The room was very clean and big enough for our 5 days stay. The host is lovely - friendly and helpful! We had an amazing time exploring Chania! Also the restaurant in front of the apartment serves great food!

Visit to Old Town Chaniá

We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Greece. It's in the heart of old town Chaniá, and was perfect. My wife and I felt like we had our own little luxury apartment. We definitely look forward to visiting again!

Prty was located on a prime beautiful location Very clean rooms and nice staff. If you are sensitive to noise it can get a little noisy at night, Because of the ally shops and restaurants but overall very nice stay.

Amazing location where I can enjoy many great restaurants. Just couple steps to light house . Room is clean, brights and new . Owner she is amazing ! I did book again for my whole family right after 1 week after left . I could not wait to come back . Edward who travel around the world more than 80 nations . I love Crete !

Stort rom og stort bad.

Vi hadde et rom på bakkeplan med en liten terrasse. Hyggelig dame som tok oss i mot. Rent og pent rom med stort bad. Levende musikk på spiseplass rett ved siden av. Ikke noe problem for oss, men kanskje andre vil synes det er generende.

Fantastic room in the centre of the Old Town

Fantastic room with everything one can ask for. Very clean, friendly service + super accomodating for checking in. Our room also had a massive terrace, which was great. It's in the centre of the Old Town, so everything you want is around the corner. The only slight downside of this is that it's not exactly super quiet - however not a big issue for us. Earplugs and all is sorted. We'll definitely take the same room again next time we got to Chania.

Great hotel located in the heart of the old town. Stella, our contact at the hotel, met us outside the hotel for a late check in without any problems. She also met us when we checked out letting us keep our luggage in a safe place before leaving for the airport. The rooms were nice and clean.

L’hôtel est dans une commerçante magnifique et en plein cœur de la ville, c’est génial pour visiter. La chambre est jolie mais reste simple. Un accord en local avec un café ou un restaurant pour fournir les petits déjeuners serait une bonne idée

The place is great. Something to be aware of is that there is no front desk, per say. If you need someone to call you a cab or whatever, you will have to figure it out yourself.

Hotellet ligger super centralt ca. 2 minutters gang fra havnen, på en meget charmerende gade i Chanias gamle bydel. Værelset har en fin størrelse, det er pænt og vel istandsat. Der er mulighed for at koge vand til the. der er også en nespresso maskine med kaffe til fri afbenyttelse samt et lille køleskab til drikkevarer. Der er daglig rengøring som er i top. Der er en pæn altan til værelset dog er eneste minus at denne har en knapt så charmerende udsigt. Men alt i alt et dejligt hotel med venligt og imødekommende personale

The hotel is very nice and clean, the location is great. My only issue was the side of the street and building we were on faced on to a back alley that housed a restaurant that played live music every night until nearly midnight which was very loud in our room.

Location & Quality

Shalom luxury rooms are centrally located to transport and nightlife in the heart of old town. The rooms are clean and funky. The host was absolutely outstanding meeting all requests promptly and courteously. We will definitely be back.

A comfortable refuge in the middle of it all

Shalom is located on a narrow, bougainvillea-filled street. The location couldn't be more perfect. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom (and the whole building of 4 rooms) was newly and thoughtfully designed. The balcony offered a table and chairs - room to hang dry clothes and have a meal. The host was very friendly and even left me a bottle of wine at one point during my stay. I'd love to come back!

The room was super cute and cozy. We were right in the center near all the shops. I would definitely recommend this. It was quiet and secluded, which I loved!

Καθαρό καινούργιο άνετο δωμάτιο...!! Καλό WiFi. Σε κεντρικό σημείο. Φιλικοί και εξυπηρετικοι ιδιοκτήτες. Το μόνο αρνητικό είναι ότι λόγω τοποθεσίας (τα παράθυρα βλέπουν σε δρόμο με τουριστικά μαγαζιά) υπήρχε φασαρία από νωρίς το πρωί.

Nice room, noisy neighbours

We were staying in the ground floor suite on the backside of the building. The room was nice and clean. We had a great stay. The only downside was the courtyard restaurant played really loud live music till 2 in the morning every night we stayed.

Εξαιρετική τοποθεσία του ξενοδοχείου, στην καρδιά της παλιάς πόλης. Ο χώρος στάθμευσης είναι ένα αντικειμενικό πρόβλημα της περιοχής, ειδικά τον Αύγουστο. Πολύ διακριτικοί αλλά άκρως εξυπηρετικοί όλοι οι άνθρωποι του ξενοδοχείου. Αν συμπεριλαμβάνονταν και πρωινό θα ήταν το απόλυτο σημείο για τη διαμονή στα Χανιά και πάλι όμως όλα ήταν εξαιρετικά.
