This neighborhood is known for its blend of old-world elegance and modern city life—with beautifully preserved neoclassical buildings, boutique cafés, bakeries, wine bars, Pilates studios, and everything you might need just around the corner. You'll also find pharmacies, grocery stores, and even the private Tsepetis Clinic within walking distance.
You're only a 5-minute walk from the Koum Kapi beach and waterfront promenade—a laid-back area with coastal views and trendy cafés popular with Chania’s artistic crowd. For a deeper dive into the city’s soul, the Old Venetian Port is just a 15-minute stroll along the seaside promenade.
Frequent bus routes and 24/7 taxis are available just steps away at Eleftherias Square, giving you easy access to explore every corner of Chania and beyond.
Just across the street, you'll find a secure private parking facility (not affiliated with the listing) that offers convenient parking during your stay for a fee. We're happy to provide directions and access details.
