Pros: Fabulous outlook on the top floor for breakfast and great view from the pool both over the small bay/harbour area out to sea. Pool never busy during our stay (September) Very clean, spacious room 311, triple (partial sea view, though this was only when at the edge of the balcony. ) Friendly and helpful staff, happy to pre-book taxi or help arrange excursions. Very handy for the very frequent local bus. (Tickets are cheaper from the little kiosk or mini market on the way to Kalamaki bus stop. Buy in bulk and go to the closer bus stop if strolling really isn't your thing.) Very quiet overnight. Air con worked well, around 33c outside, room kept at 23 was very comfortable and the air con was quiet. (It was noiser if trying to get to 16c but that was impossibly cool and not comfortable to live in!) Small selection of restaurants nearby. Easy walk this beach. Cons: it's on the coast road so there's a measure of traffic noise at the pool. Breakfast was basic, ample but well short of amazing. (Ham and orange drink of low quality, not sure if the bacon was real, plenty of egg and cake options) It's 3 miles outside Chania centre, this might not suit everyone. Summary, I'd come again.

Handy for the beach.

Welcoming staff at check in Comfy bed, nice and firm. However the bedding is a sheet and odd scratchy cover. Nice location, lovely view at breakfast. But the breakfast is awful. The "hot" food is lukewarm at best. The coffee tastes like instant. The orange juice, is orange in colour, however it's certainly not fresh juice. Quite a limited selection too. 5 minutes walk from a really nice shallow beach with a nice bar on it. Very relaxing. Was a place to sleep. But nothing special. Wasn't sure if the pool bar was open, only saw 1 person use the pool all week.

The worst hotel

This hotel was dirty and old. There was mold in the bathrooms. The bedding was uncomfortable. They didn’t properly clean the room. I pulled the comforter off and there were stains and a dead fly. The closet and drawers smelled bad and so did the hallways and elevator. Every time we used the sink a soapy foam would come up of the drain on the bathroom floor. The shower curtain was disgusting. The staff was not courteous or friendly. A pair of my shorts went missing during the trip and I asked them several times to look for them. They never found them. One day we accidentally spilled a drink in the hallway by our room. I notified the reception and she didn’t have access to a mop. She handed me paper towels instead. They also didn’t supply us with enough toilet paper. They never replaced the soap in the room either. They didn’t like to give clean towels. The breakfast was not very good. The coffee was instant and the juice was not fresh. I noticed a lot of times the food was leftover from the day before. They were also oddly strict and rude. They didn’t allow us to even take a cup of milk to the room. While enjoying the pool one morning one of the staff members came out to tell the kids at the pool they are not allowed to jump in. No iron in the room so I used my portable steamer. The steamer accidentally stained the sheet. They were quick to charge me 35 euro at checkout for a scratchy sheet that was so old.They didn’t compensate me for the missing shorts.

Jättebra och trivsamt hotell! Hjälpsam och vänlig personal, bra rum med kylskåp och härlig balkong. Frukosten är suverän med underbar utsikt från roof-top. Poolen är stor och välskött med fräscha solstolar. Läget är perfekt, bara minuter från sandstrand. Enda lilla minus är att gatan förbi hotellet är ganska starkt trafikerad men inga störningar alls inomhus. Vi återkommer gärna och rekommenderar varmt hotellet!

Un hôtel agréable. Belle piscine. Belle vue sur la mer. Belles chambres. Il y a des chambres en semi sous sol. Notre avis porte sur celle du 1er étage. On avait vue sur la colline et c était très calme. Les chambres avec vue mer doivent être un peu plus bruyantes car il y a une rue passante comme dans toutes les zones touristiques. Mais cela reste acceptable. Personnel très agréable. Le petit bémol est qu on est à 5 km de hania donc le bus est incontournables Petit déjeuner simple mais correct

Todella siisti ja toimiva

Hotelli oli todella siisti. Uima-allas puhdas ja mukava ja aurinkotuoleja riittävästi. Aamupalapaikka merinäköalalla kiva. Huoneissa tosi tehokas ilmalämpöpumppu. Hikoilla ei tarvinnut. Lähellä ihan parhaita ruokapaikkoja ja mukavia rantabaareja. Viihdyimme kaikki.

Hotellin sijainti oli rauhallisella alueella, ei liikaa turisteja. Hotellihuone oli huono, melut käytävästä ja naapurin wc käynnit kuuluivat huoneeseen. Suihku oli rikki ja kasteli koko huoneen pesuissa. Henkilökunta oli ok.

Das Hotel ist gut von den Hauptstraßen aus zu erreichen, in der Nähe finden sich viele einladende Lokale und Restaurants. Unser Zimmer war großzügig geschnitten, sauber, die Inneneinrichtung zwar nicht modern, aber seinen Zweck hat es erfüllt. Leider kam drei Tage lang der Zimmerservice nicht... Das Frühstück ist einfach gehalten, völlig ausreichend, wenn man keine bestimmmtem Vorstellungen hat. Die Wände lassen Geräusche der Nachbarn durchhören. Den Pool haben wir nie benutzt, da er erst um 10.30 Uhr öffnet, wo wir lieber die Strände aufsuchten.

Το ξενοδοχείο είναι σε πολύ καλή κατάσταση, πολύ καθαρό και σε όμορφη περιοχή για διακοπές. Το πάρκινγκ έχει χωρητικότητα μικρότερη του αριθμού δωματίων, και το προσωπικό στα όρια του τυπικού: nothing more, nothing less. Πρωινό φτωχό μα φρέσκα υλικά.

Överlag ett trevligt hotell, passade oss bra som inte spenderade så mycket tid på just hotellet. Trevlig pool, lite tråkigt frukost kanske men annars helt klart prisvärt, hjälpsam och trevlig personal.

Fik et hotel værelse som var i kælderen/højde. Værelset var ved siden af vaskerummet, så der var mega fugtigt inde på værelset. Så måtte efter to dage flytte til andet værelse og betale mere pga. beliggenheden på hotellet. Men værelset fejlede ikke noget ellers, men stort fugtigheds problem.
