Et hotel hvor vi følte os velkommen fra dag 1. Personalet er alle smilende og imødekommende, og vil gerne gøre det godt for gæster. Pool med børneområde, hvor alle kan være.

Super ophold

Vi havde 14 dejlige dage på hotellet, venligt personale, pænt rent. der er meget støj hvis man har lejligheder ud mod vejen. der var måske lidt for få liggestole ved poolen i forhold til hvor mange gæster der var på hotellet. Der kunne godt være bedre internet/Wi-Fi især når man teenagere med. Kan anbefales til andre, både med og uden børn.

Great staff

Really friendly and helpfull staff and close to a great beach. Easy communications to Platanias and Chania for a cheap buck. Internet was a bit hard to connect to but worked in certain areas. We didn´t order air condition to the room due to a cold but you would probobly want to add that to your order. Would definitley recommend this to others!

Utrolig hyggelig hotell!!

Vi dro på familieferie til Nontas i to uker august 2012. Dette hotellet er virkelig et funn - hyggeligere betjening skal man lete lenge etter! Fint basseng og barnebasseng, og lyse trivelige rom. Hvis man reiser med små barn er det en fordel å avtale med hotellet på forhånd, slik at man får rom på bakkenivå. Balkongene har litt store mellomrom i rekkverket, og derfor skummelt for de minste. Vi fikk super service, og fikk byttet rom etter to dager. Vi fikk også leie babyseng. Hotellet ligger midt i Agia Apostoli, med kort vei til restauranter, supermarkeder, bussholderplass og stranda. På den ene siden av hotellet går en traffikert vei, og det er derfor litt støy fra denne på kveldstid. Rom mot bassengområdet anbefales. Hyggelig poolbar med veldig god hjemmelaget mat! Ved ankomst ble vi tatt veldig godt imot, og det var litt vemodig å dra etter 14 dager. Vi kan virkelig anbefale dette hotellet videre, og vi bor garantert der neste gang også!!

Hôtel situé sur l'artère principale de CHania, notre chambre était sur la rue 'bruit infernal,clim en option 7 euros par jour,mais indispensable,petit déjeuner très passable,beaucoup de monde autour de la piscine'carrelage très glissant internet 3€ de l'heure,seul avantage proche du centre de Chania

Nontas Kato Daratso - Kan ikke anbefales

Fint hotel, med mange mangler. Personalet på hotellet tror poolbaren er deres dagligstue. De råber efter hinanden og så er der forskel på servicen til folk. Poolbaren er fin, men de mange af deres varer er gamle. Kan ikke anbefales!

Hotellet er pent og de ansatte er veldig hyggelige. Det vi ikke likte var at "dobbeltsengen" er to enkeltsenger ved siden av hverandre med et "ubehagelig" mellomrom, også sklir de lett fra hverandre. De skifter håndkleer kun 2 ganger i uken. Selv om vi la alle håndkleer på gulvet (og helte sand over de for å markere at de kunne være så snille og bytte) så hang de de skitne håndkleene tilbake. De tok heller ikke med seg søppel. Men hvis man ikke er for kravstor, får man allikevel "nok" for pengene du bruker. Men ufortjent 4 stjerner, jeg vil heller si 3.

Nice room, but the experience was terrible.

We rented a Studio apartment for 2 nights. Arrival was less than welcoming. In fact, they were sure to let us know that if they had not taken our booking, they most likely would have rented it to someone else for more money! Unit had a small 'kitchette' with small bar fridge, sink, and electric hot plate. When we asked the front desk for a tea-towel, or some dish soap, their response was," Go and buy some from the Supermarket across the street" followed by light cursing in Greek. This is just one of our requests that was met with animosity, and a general sense of "I don't care" Honestly, the room was nice, clean and spacious. Apart from the A/C, room safe, and parking being EXTRA CHARGES above the daily rate... The Attitude of the Management and staff was so appalling that we will never go back. Beware of the Hidden charges...

Der booker jeg ikke værelse igen

Det bookede værelse var "desværre udlejet" ved ankomsten, men fik et andet værelse ud til en meget befærdet vej, med meget trafikstøj - beregnet til 4 personer(rejste alene) og havde valgt et "studio-værelse", fordi disse ikke lå ud til vejen. Der var intet varmt vand i bruseren i samtlige 7 dage jeg boede på stedet. Stedet drives af en familie, som alle sidder i poolbaren, fra morgen til meget sent aften, og taler (råber) højlydt, spiller musik og optræder generelt som om, at stedet var deres personlige dagligstue. Airconditioning anlægget larmede, natten igennem selvom om jeg havde fravalgt airconditioning (55 kr om dagen) og anlægget var slukket. Køleanlægget som sad på muren uden for værelset kørte alligevel og brummede om larmede. Hotelreglerne siger, at der skal være "nattero" kl 23, men hotellets ejere overholder ikke selv denne regel. Kan ikke anbefale stedet til andre.
