Recent, comfortable and clean place

Very nice place, easy to reach by car both from the airport than from the city. All you need to cook is included, many facilities, outdoor place and sunny swimmingpool from morning to evening. Polyvios, the tenant, was very professional and flexible. The large appartement was clean. Arnaud

Nice hotell close to the Beach and supermarket

Amazing place to stay...close to a beautiful beach (1 km), the apartment was comfortable, very clean, all the amenities, excellent service by the owner, very friendly, supermarket just 50 meters away.... It was perfect, highly recommended. No complains...

Équipement accessoires de cuisine très limité. Le 5e couchage sur le canapé pas confortable du tout. Appartement situé au dessus du couloir aérien. Va et vient incessant des avions jusque tard dans la nuit. Et base militaire avec les avions de chasse. Plage pas accessible à pied. Par contre, la résidence est très bien entretenue. Le ménage est fait tous les jours.

Perfect for a family with young children

This was the perfect place for our family of 5. The apartment was clean and spacious. Each room had a split type AC, the temperature could be adjusted to our liking. The kitchen had everything we needed to make breakfast daily. There was a convenience store around the corner which was open from 7am - 11pm. There were beaches and restaurants and bigger groceries a very short drive nearby. There is ample street parking for our rental car. The pool was clean and large enough for the kids to enjoy. The owners were very pleasant and accommodating. It was easy to communicate to them because they speak English and Italian as well as of course, Greek.

We just came back after a lovely week in Kreta. The apartment was very clean and spacious with nice, bathroom, beds and air condition also. Our host Polyvios was very friendly and responded fast on our requests. The recommended beaches, restaurants was all very recommandable. We rented a car for the whole week and that was a great choice as we came around the island and visited new beaches every day. To reach the city Chania it takes 15-20 minutes by car. Airport 8-10 minutes. Enjoy!

Lovely apartment, great place for a rest

We had a lovely 2 bed apartment, which had everthing you could want, we had 2 balconies plus a further outdoor space with a dining table and chairs. The living room and both bedrooms had seperate air conditioning units. There was even a clothes airer on one of the balconies - great for drying swimming things.

Relaxing, comfortable, homely.

We found everything in our apartment very comfortable, clean and well equipped. Very comfortable bed, all equipement of very good quality, soft towels. Good shower power. Air conditioning very good. The owners family were very attentive and helpful. Lovely pool with plenty of loungers. If you want tv its only local stations. We found the area lacked restaurants ( 2 taverns near beach, approx 20 minute walk) & no bars, small supermarket with general basics, no fresh food. We enjoyed our break as this was what we wanted. To go further afield the bus service is poor, would advise hiring a car.

Nice, clean, modern hotel near to Kalathas Beach

Great hotel. We really enjoyed staying here. We went to the beach and then relaxed at the hotel. Restaurants were close by, Everything we needed was close by. I love things that are close by. I just love when everything is orderly and neat. I Just love newspapers. Newspapers in the morning were nice.
