Amazing hotel

This hotel was just amazing. Everything was fresh and the cleaning crew did a great job. The bed was the most comfortable ever. Wow!

Great location just outside the old city but very walkable. Not as noisy as other areas but there is still quite a bit traffic noise at night. Room is nicely annointed with modern furniture though a bit small. Only criticism is that during a heavy rain there was a slight leak from the high ceiling. No front desk but the cleaning staff were very helpful. Overall a good stay.

Very clean room, loved the aesthetic and decor. Very comfortable bed and nice bathroom, although overall a bit smaller than the photos look. Great location, just out from old town Chania main area. Never saw any staff or greeted in lobby area. Not really a hotel as advertised, more like an air bnb.

Not the correct Hotel!

DON'T TRUST THE MAP! Listen if you book this hotel and mean it . . . you'll probably be very happy. But the bottom line is that the location on the App/Website does not correlate to this hotel . . . . being familiar with Chania Town, I knew exactly what area I wanted to stay in, so when I clicked on the map & saw Madonna de Mare, I confidently booked it. What neither the hotel operators or hotels.com subsequently acknowledged is that the actual hotel is not in the old town/harbor area at all . . . no offer to transfer me to the correct properly and no one willing to take responsibility for the incorrect info, so I ended up staying in and paying for a hotel I didn't book. Also, the room didn't have a window just an interior light well & I know it doesn't rain a lot in Chania, but it did one day and the room leaked . . . operators response, "your housekeeper will change your sheets", got to be the worst response to such an issue I've ever encountered. To that point the housekeeper was lovely. No signage on the exterior of the building either, dark in public area unlike in the bedroom where the emergency door lighting was very bright!

Veldig bra hotell! Veldig pent rom med gode senger. Litt lite rom for en uke, lite skap og oppbevaring f.eks knagger til å henge badetøy og håndklær på! Vindu rett ut til en vegg med lite naturlig lys. Ellers koste vi oss veldig, bra beliggenhet både til by og strand. Hotellet fikset gode taxier men ellers var ikke til stedet, unntatt da vi sjekket inn. Veldig hyggelig renholdsdamer, de vasket også veldig bra!

Vi ble veldig positivt overrasket over hotellet. Verten tok kontakt noen dager i forveien og gav oss god informasjon om innsjekk. Rommet var nydelig og føltes luksuriøst. Både kaffe og vann var tilgjengelig, og dette ble fylt på i løpet av oppholdet.

Jeg hadde et veldig flott opphold på Madonna del Mare City! Hotellet er helt nytt, og rommet var så unikt. Det lå også veldig sentralt, så lett å komme seg rundt. Personalet var også veldig hyggelige. Anbefales!
