The space
Joy’s Villas is a brand new property located in the magnificent and traditional village of Stavros, Chania, 20 min away from Chania International Airport and only 30 min from the Old Town and Venetian Harbor of Chania.

It occupies a land of 4.000 sqm, where you can find four independent luxurious villas that can accommodate six guests in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living area, private outdoor space, private outdoor pool, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious private parking.

Every villa is beautifully designed and consists of one bedroom in the ground floor and two bedrooms in the first floor. All villas are identical except that in Villas 1 and 2 the ground floor bedroom have an ensuite bathroom while in Villas 2 and 3 the ground floor bathroom is independent to the bedroom.
Each one of our Villas is set in a peaceful and private environment where you can enjoy the majestic view of the Cretan sea and the calm and quiet surrounding area.

The village of Stavros is an ideal vacation destination that you can find all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, cafes, market), but above all you have the freedom to choose from a numerous list of sandy beaches located nearby (Pachia Ammos beach, Kalathas beach, Tersanas beach).

Stavro’s breathtaking beach (Zorba’s beach) is best known where the legendary sirtaki dance in “Zorba the Greek” was filmed and it is a pleasant 15 min walk from your front door while the magnificent Pachia ammos beach a 10 min walk. The beach is surrounded by a circular bay with a port at the edge, and right next to it, you will find the organized and awarded with the "Blue Flag" beach where you can enjoy the clean sea and sun.
