This is my second stay at Christina Beach Hotel. Loved the apartment and pool, and the super convenient location on the beach with an onsite cafe and bar serving tasty food and cocktails. Many additional restaurants are within a short walk to the harbour and it is perfectly located to see the sunset.

Slept well and the room was in good standard. The beach bar/ restaurant had a good selection. Was able to cater for gluten free diet (just a few options for this, but glad they had some!). Handy with a shop within the hotel to get water, milk etc. Beach promenad in spitting distance with many restaurants and Chania old town a 15 min walk away. Great location and the beach was great! Do get water shoes as there are big stones in the water.

Right next to the beach and within easy walking distance of local restaurants. The Venetian Harbour with yet more restauarnts and the Old Town are about 2km away, a pleasant stroll along the coast.

Very glad I booked Hotel Christina. Location was amazing. Room was nice and clean. Staff were very helpful. Short walk to old town for shopping and restaurant strip starts next door. Had incredible dinners watching the sun set. I would definitely stay here again. Thank you Hotel Christina.

It was a basic, clean property about 20 minutes walking time into the city of Chania. The property is located on a beautiful little beach, it was a great location!

The staff are friendly and accommodating . The Christina market is very convenient and I like that coffee is included. Very good coffee by the way. I wish beach chairs were included with the room rather than have to pay extra. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Perfect place to stay. Location was ideal. An easy place to venture out or stay close. There’s a bar, restaurant, & market on site. All outside restaurants and the shopping was a short walk. We would definitely come back here. Staff was so helpful & kind.

Not a 4-star hotel, terrible customer service

I booked a luxury apartment for first night and upon arrival the receptionist told me that hotel is overbooked and they can not give me luxury apartment and I will only get a classic apartment!! Since I am a light sleeper, a week before my stay I asked for a quiet room. Despite my request, they gave me a very noisy room facing a busy street that buses, motorcycles and cars passes all day! Their rooms are not sound proof at all! Originally I booked 4-nights, and after having one sleepless night, I decided to have early check out and I asked for a refund for the remaining of the night and they only refunded half of my money for the last 3 nights despite not being able to give me the type of room that I booked and being able to accommodate my request for a quiet room! This hotel is not a 4-star hotel! Their rooms, lobby and customer service is not like a 4-star hotel. I stayed in more than 15 hotel all over Europe in last 4 years and never faced these issues in any other hotel!

Great spot on the beach with free parking

The property offers free parking in a parking area off the side of the hotel which was great. The staff was very friendly, check in was prompt and helpful. The hotel is on the beach which was great! You will have to fork out €10 for two sun loungers on the beach, but the plus point is that they have the Christina Hotel restaurant on the beach where you can order food at a reasonable price and the portions are huge! The hotel is clean and has daily service too. The Chania port is a brisk 15min walk away with a bunch of shops and restaurants.
