"Great location, great staff, fantastic breakfast! Highly recommend. Only issue is parking because old town Chania is not accessible by car, so you have to find parking about a 1/2 mile away and walk. Still worth it, just be prepared for the parking spot hunt. (We found parking garage, and paid about 25€ a day)"

"Great host and perfect apartment for our overnight stay in Chania. Ereini provided snacks, wine and fruit and there was everything we needed in the room including beach towels. She also gave us lots of local information and a car park and also very kindly allowed us a late check out due to our flight being later in the day. Highly recommend Black Suites."

"This was exactly the space we needed after a small apartment in Athens. House is a nice size for 2 adults and 3 kids. Girls loved the yard and the kid toys provided. The pool was too cold to swim in much in May, but was nice to have. The location is great, it feels so private and remote, but is a short drive to some great beaches. It was nice to have a tub to bath the kids. A couple of things would have made my stay even better, a larger pillow selection, pillows were very firm; provide beach...

"Manolis is a great host who genuinely cares about his guest and ensuring they have a great holiday. The property is fantastic with amazing views, great place to relax. But also only a short drive to restaurants/shops in Kissamos and Chania. Our children loved the outdoor cinema and pool, the outdoor space is great for families. Manolis was always happy to help with recommendations for beaches, restaurants etc and goes above and beyond what most hosts do for their guests."
