An Unforgettable Cretan Experience – Will Definitely Return! ​Staying at Hello Village Chania was undoubtedly the highlight of our trip to Crete. First and foremost, I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to the hosts, Yiannis and his wonderful wife Maria, for their incredible hospitality. They kindly made a taverna reservation for us, which turned out to be by far the absolute BEST taverna we visited in Chania!Thank you also for the delicious dragon fruit treat such a thoughtful gesture. ​The apartment itself is brand new, spotlessly clean, and fully equipped with everything you could possibly need in a home and even more. From a washing machine, iron, and ironing board down to a sewing kit (which came in super handy!) every single detail was carefully thought out. ​All the furniture is new, modern, and extremely comfortable. We almost felt like we had a private swimming pool all to ourselves. The view from the room was simply breathtaking; leaning back against the majestic hills while gazing at the sea was deeply relaxing.If you want a break from the hustle and bustle of the city, spending peaceful evenings listening to the soothing sound of cicadas is pure bliss. ​Considering all the luxury, peace, and comfort provided, the price is exceptionally reasonable compared to other accommodations in the area. Whenever I return to Crete, this will be my one and only address for a much longer stay. Thank you so much, Yiannis and Maria, for making our trip so special!

Heel lieve en gastvrije familie, steeds bereikbaar en we mochten van verschillende home made Griekse specialiteiten proeven. De ingrediënten komen veelal uit de eigen tuin. Heerlijk. Wij waren slecht met 2 en hadden voldoende ruimte. Zwembadwater is niet verwarmd. Prachtig strand op 20 min wandelafstand en mooie wandelmogelijkheden. Een auto was wel gemakkelijk om 's avonds bij het appartement te geraken.
