Great location in the centre of the town. The bus station is behind the hotel, easy to walk to it and taxi rank nearby too. Lots of cafes and shops on the same road too. All the staff are excellent . Was welcomed by the lovely Olga who was very helpful and gave lots of useful information about the area. Breakfast on the roof terrace was good , with nice views. Very quiet inside the hotel even though it is in the centre of town.

Great stay great price

Very clean and well set up room, with a comfortable bed. Basic room not fancy, as I expected. The check-in staff was super helpful. Convenient location. Great stay for a great price. My only comment is that there are stairs to get from the street to the lobby, which I was not aware of. Having recently had shoulder surgery, it is a problem carrying luggage up (or down) stairs.

The staff members were super friendly! The location was very good, close to the bus station as well as the old town. The only downside was the toilet door. It is not a one that you can close properly and therefore you won't get too much privacy.

We had a lovely stay at Central City Hotel. Very clean and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. Right in the heart of Chania with plenty to see walking distance. Will definitely love to visit again in the near future.

I would recommend this property to anyone who is traveling to Chinia Crete! It's in a perfect location for clubs, stores, shops, beaches and restaurants. Staff was amazing and so helpful. 10/10 recommended to anyone traveling to Crete!

The property is centrally located which is awesome to access the harbor and many restaurants / bars! We arrive late around 11 pm and Olga made sure we had access to the property and recommendations. I can not say enough good things about how attentive Olga is to all the needs of each person walking through the doors! The hotel is extremely clean and super reasonable. Loved this property and would certainly return!

What amazing service! We arrived late and check in was closed. But Olga left clear instructions to get to our room. Breakfast was great also with fresh pastries and delicious yogurt. The hotel is well located steps away from the harbour and in the middle of the shopping district. Highly recommend

Good value for money!

The hotel is brand new just open end of June 2017! Everything is new and clean! The hotel staff friendly and helpful! The location is perfect in the middle of everything u can reach any part of the city with 5-10 min walk! The only negative that I can say for this hotel is the entrance very small and uncomfortable( too many steps to enter the building)! Not recommended for old and disabled persons! And also families with kids! For young couples is the perfect place to stay in Chania city!

Min kæreste og jeg boede 8 nætter på dette hote. Rigtig fint hotel med hvad der var nødvendigt i forhold til vores ophold. Alt personale var rigtig venlig, men specielt Olga gjorde et stort indtryk på os. Hun kom med gode anbefalinger til restauranter og hvad der var godt i forhold til morgenmad, frokost og aftensmad. Da vi skulle køre videre mod Agios Nikolaos gav hun også anbefalinger til steder og restauranter på vejen, som var værd at stoppe ved. Olga var nærværende og interesseret i sine gæster på en måde vi ikke har oplevet før! Klart anbefales værdigt hotel, med god beliggenhed midt i byen tæt på alt.

A lovely hotel in an excellent location. Our room was bright, comfortable and spacious and exactly as pictured. It was also cleaned on a daily basis, with new towels provided. The location is very convenient and within a sort walking distance to a supermarket, a large number of restaurants, shops and places to visit (including the Old Venetian Harbour). The local bus station is also a few minutes walk, with buses available to a number of destinations including the airport (which is a 30 minute journey away) A big thank you to Olga, Stefanos and the team, who made our stay very enjoyable. They answered all our questions and queries and Olga gave excellent suggestions of places to visit and local restaurants to try. Highly recommended!
