🚭 Smoking is allowed only in the garden, where an ashtray is provided. Indoor smoking is not permitted.
Access to the studios is through the garden in the backyard. To reach the garden from the parking area, you go down one short staircase, so it may not be ideal for guests with mobility issues or those carrying heavy luggage.
🌙 Noise & Nighttime Calm
Located in a lively, authentic neighborhood where locals live, commute and work, the studio may have some everyday city sounds, including occasional noise from traffic, construction or nearby businesses. Most noise occurs outside quiet hours (15:00–17:30 & 23:00–07:00), when guests are usually out exploring the city or nature. For nighttime calm, the studio features double‑glazed windows, external shutters and blackout blinds to help reduce noise, and the area is still significantly quieter than other central parts of Chania.
