Great unbeatable location. Host was very accommodating and quickly helped with all questions. Beach towels and umbrella were very useful. Coffee on the balcony overlooking the sea was great. Being so close to all interesting places within walking distance was the best advantage.

This place is really special. The room design is elegant. The balcony overlooking the Venetian port is unbelievable - so beautiful. The host is super responsive and helpful with getting in and finding excellent places to eat and enjoy in Chania. They’ve thought of so many nice touches to make the stay top notch - coffee maker, chargers for mobile phones, a photo on the balcony for a fridge magnet, and more. We would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely amazing!

This is such an amazing place to stay!!! The view is wonderful. The balcony is a great place to relax and watch the activity. The room is spacious with amazing windows. The shower is huge and so comfortable. Please do not hesitate on this ... it is more than worth it!

This location was perfect. 1924 was right on the old harbor with an exquisite view from our balcony. Our host was wonderful and the two story suite had everything and mire. I will stay here anytime i am in Chania. Highly recommend

The perfect place to stay in town

Amazing property and lovely owner. The aircon wasn’t working properly the first night so we told him in the morning and it was fixed by the time we came back from our day at the beach, plus he had given us a fan! Incredible service. Apartment is gorgeous and the view is great. Location in Chania could not be better with loads of restaurants, bars and shops on our doorstep but very little noise heard inside.

Excellent place!

When I saw the rooftop picture, I told my wife that we should stay there. What I didn´t know is that the rooftop was exclusive for my villa! My wife, daughter and I were astonished not only by the view, but also because the place was so great! And the owner, Lampros, was extremely nice and helpful. He has it all figured out, his receiving brief was the best I have ever seen in hotels/villas, everything thought in advance. He and his wife refurbished and redecorated an old building and made this great place possible. We had 2 stories + private rooftop for ourselves, in the very heart of Chania! Thanks Lampros for all and I hope we can go back again! We will surely recommend 1924 to our friends in Chile !

We had a fantastic stay at 1924 Suites! The suite was very comfortable and beautifully maintained, and the terrace was absolutely spectacular with breathtaking views. The location couldn't be better-walking distance to plenty of restaurants, shops, and all the charm of Chania. From the moment we booked, the owner was extremely attentive. He reached out right away, helped us arrange transportation from the port and later to the airport, and even shared wonderful food recommendations that made our trip extra special. All in all, this was one of the best places I've stayed. Chania is an incredible destination, and staying at 1924 Suites made the experience even better. Highly recommend!

We stayed at 1924 Suites for 3 nights in early May.. and quickly asked if we could stay for 2 more, because it was by far the BEST place we stayed during our 3 week Island hopping trip to Greece! The room itself was so beautiful, spacious, clean, and the location and view was out of this world. We could sit on our balcony and feel like we were part of the laid back energy just below us.. and if we wanted some quiet, we simply closed the blinds and experienced total peace. We had our own private entrance which was so nice since we did a lot of coming and going as the restaurants, shopping and everything was right at the bottom of our stairs, outside our door. Our host, Lampros, went above and beyond to ensure our experience in Chania was well spent. He sent us a list of his favorite restaurants, directed us to the local beaches, hot spots. He was just a text away which made us feel very safe as we explored a new county and culture. And he introduced us to the BEST driver in Chania, Kiriakis! If you are going to Crete... I HIGHLY recommend heading to Chania and staying here. I know I will be back!!!

The location can’t be beat! This beautiful, spacious, modern room is in the heart of Old Town Chania, and you can see everything - from the snow-covered mountaintops to the lighthouse - from the balcony. Lampros was the best host, ensuring I had everything I could possibly need, providing recommendations for fabulous restaurants, teaching me a few phrases in Greek and being available whenever I needed him or had questions. My stay at 1924 Suites was absolutely fabulous, and I highly recommend this property to everyone!

Perfect location in Chania

Great suite for a family. The terrace suite has two floors, two bathrooms and plenty of room to spread out. In addition, there is a fantastic private roof terrace overlooking the harbor and a private balcony as well. Suite is updated with all the modern amenities while retaining its historic charm. The location is perfect with beautiful day and nighttime views. Finally, Lampros is a very gracious and knowledgeable host who arranged all our transportation and provided wonderful local restaurant recommendations. When in Chania, this is the place to be.

Superb! The accommodation was excellent and the furniture and fittings top quality. The balcony view was breath taking. It created a great ambience as you sat and watched the hustle and bustle below or watched the sun setting in the eve. Lampros was the best host. Always at hand when needed and going to a lot of trouble to ensure you had everything you wanted. Even a surprise cake to celebrate our wedding anniversary. I cannot recommend this property enough. If you want a great experience of Chania Old Town and harbour, this is the place to be.
