"Vores ophold startede ud knap så godt med en overraskelse af, at hotellet ikke var færdigt. Der var grønt vand i den store pool, ikke hotellets egen reception eller morgenmadssted. Der var byggerod/larm hele ugen - dog var vi blevet opgraderet til et værelse med egen lille pool, super lækkert, men ærgerligt man kan bestille et værelse (ovenpå), som ikke engang var færdigt (derfor blev vi opgraderet). Personalet var meget søde og indgik også i en lille refusion og vi fik besked på da vi klagede...
