"We enjoyed our staycation with my small pet almost every year on his birthday. We can now dine outdoors at their restaurants which are pet friendly. We stayed in the same room as last year. Overall it was a nice experience. The staff are very helpful and the room is well maintained and clean."

I recently stayed 8 nights my my wife and 2 year old son. We had such an amazing stay. I really can not find anything negative to say about the Grand Hyatt.
The location is fantastic as it's just a few minutes walk to Ion, Paragon and Takashimaya shopping malls along with Orchard MRT station.
The hotel itself is very modern and clean. The standard king room at 42sqm is very large and my son had plenty of room to run around and play. He particularly loved the daybed in the window. The bathroom...

Great place to stay in singapore. Buffet breakfast was really nice. Rooms and overall hotel clean and modern. Hotel is walking distance to vast variety of restaurants along the river walkway as well. Railway and bus station is also just 3 to 4 mins of walk which makes it more convenient to travel around Singapore. Would highly recommend this place.

We have stayed at the ibis Bencoolen twice in the last month.
It’s a great hotel, close to Bugis Markets and MRT. The rooms are well priced and spacious (for Singapore).
The hotel restaurant is lovely, we had good breakfasts and dinners there.
The surrounding area is excellent with lots of good shops and a 7-11 next door for provisions.
Happy to recommend this hotel. We will stay here again when next in Singapore.

Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. The politeness and helpfulness of the staff were most impressive and that made it a standout from other hotels. When I found the pillows too hard, the hotel tried its best to cater to my need and this again, was very much appreciated. While the cleanliness of the room was not to be faulted,it would not be amiss for the cleaners to pay more attention to the bathroom stains on the bathroom/ toilet blinds as they were there for the whole 11 nights I stayed at...

Capella is the place to stay, so peaceful & relaxing, the swimming pools are amazing.
We upgraded to a suite when we arrived at 9am in the morning, for an extra fee. Checked in straight away had hot jacuzzi on the baloney, top floor overlooking the golf course & Singapore city.
All the products in bathroom are Aesop, Rainshower, big tub with great views. Free little mini bar. Complementary morning & afternoon tea at 'The Library'
Wish we could have stayed for longer

From the time of our arrival we felt like we are really important. Staff was always helpful, manager Leon remembered our names (how they can do it? with so many people around...), our flight was at midnight so he offered late check out, wihtour extra charge, which was very convenient (we have 3 years old kid), food was great and better value than in some outside restaurants. Rooms are comfortable large an d everything perfectly clear. Simply we had very pleasant stay at the hotel and if we...

Room 203 was large, you enter the room via the communal covered veranda into a sitting room with sofa, tv and dinning table, then bedroom with 2 queen size beds, another tv and still plenty of room to move around, then into the dressing room with 2 basins, then the bathroom with full bath, shower and toilet. the room is full width, the front looks out onto hotel lawns and the back (bathroom faces the street.
The room was clean and housekeeping were very thorough. There is complimentary bottle...

Took the family and the hotel is situated a good distance from the overcrowded Resorts World area. The shuttle service operated by the facility will get you to the main attractions at regular intervals, including the magnificent rail system in Singapore.
The hotel is very well maintained, has a large beautiful pool and 3 restaurants on the site.
Would highly recomment for a family that want some peace and quiet and the opportunity to have time out at a spa location but close...

Incredible hotel in the heart of Sentosa. Food at all restaurants surpassed expectation with the exception of breakfast which lacked ambience and service. Rooms are well appointed, modern with exceptional bedding. Missing some ammenities and service but i would expect this is due to the villa style of villa rooms.
