The rooms are small and relatively dated. The staff from reception to the cleaners are courteous and friendly. Special mention to Sheng (manager) and Lulu (cleaner) who made our 2.5 weeks' stay very pleasant. Location of the hotel is the highlight; public transport (buses and metro train) is within walking distance and there are plenty of quality restaurants and eating places nearby. Overall, a pretty average accommodation for the money but located at a rather convenient spot.

Room was clean, the reception should inform the guest if they required any toiletries as they are only given at the reception upon request. Service was generally good.

Staff - excellent Location - excellent, opposite zhongshan mall n near bus stops to novena mrt etc Breakfast buffet - fine, but very crowded Bad things: First, power was disrupted 3-5pm so had to vacate the room n go out. Secondly, aircon was down - room was stuffy all night. Staff simply said 'thats why we are servicing the ac now'.

Adequate for an overnight stay. Housekeeping missed out some cleaning certain areas on the desk, luckily I did a wipe down before using my laptop. Breakfast is ok. Check in was smooth.

It's service overall is good, location is convenient, staff helpful and have been patronizing this hotel for more than 7 years. This time, I saw that there are stains of mould (can't be removed) in the bathroom; though it does not affect functionality it probably indicates enhancement / renovation may be time.

i have been returning to this hotel for several times, conveniently located and value for money. there are tours staying in the hotel for the weekend. people talking loudly in the corridor near mid-night but staff immediately checked and solved the issue. It's perhaps time to enhance its sound proof esp. with more tours coming in.
