"Staff was great. Breakfast was outstanding. Rooms great, but missed some spots in cleaning the bathroom. The Sink stopper broken. Edges around sink were grimy where it met cabinet. My main disappointment was the bed. It was awful. Hardly any padding and was hard. It needs replaced. Overall great, but not being able to sleep well at night was a deal breaker for me. We are Seniors."

"If you’re staying in the area to visit Busch Gardens this is a great place to stay with kids. Unfortunately the time we spent there was too cold to utilize the outside pool. They do have an indoor pool as well, seems like a great place if you have preteens and are visiting the park."

"Great place for a couple or family to settle in for a few days. There are much nicer, newer, and better maintained properties out there, but while a little outdated, the price and service were great. When I mention maintenance, I am referring to things that happen with age. Overall, the unit was maintained well, but it was time for a new mattress, a light bulb replacement...the usual things that guests notice as a property ages. I would stay there again, and I would expect a pleasant stay, just not a full resort experience."

"The staff was incredibly friendly, from the front desk to housekeeping and maintenance. The villa was undoubtedly peaceful and comforting, and we could sit back and relax during our trip. The additional amenities like the pools, bowling alley, and mini golf were wonderful. Our family truly enjoyed the entire facility."
