"Great all-inclusive experience, exceeded our expectations – the property is nice, clean and huge. Food was good for us and for our picky teens, specialty restaurants were very nice too. A choice of shows every night, some of them were really amazing. A bit disappointed with the beach - there are only a couple of place where you can comfortably get into the water without rocks, and we had our swimming shows. The rest is covered by reefs – probably good for snorkeling but the sea was rough so we did not have a chance. One thing that can be improved is communication about airport transfers – it’s available (you have to call them) but not included so we scrambled at the last moment trying to book something ~150 USD one way for the family. All our previous all-inclusive places included transfers so we assumed it’s the same everywhere and did not pay attention. Wi-Fi was ok around 6 Mbit/s, spotty around the property but worked fine in the room. We also discovered a few cenote places just outside of the property, you can walk there and spend half a day swimming in really magic caves etc. "

"The location of the hotel was spectacular, and it was very quiet and clean. Edgar and Diana, among other staff, were amazing throughout our visit and helped us greatly. Thanks for everything!"
