"Easy to find, good safe parking. Check in was easy, helpful chap. The room was ok but you couldn’t swing a cat 🐈 in it 😂 Quite small to say the least but it was ok. Breakfast was great, in fact out of 4 hotels the best so far. "

"Brit Hotel not helpful during emergency situation. Not responding to emails and calls prior to check in. Customers stayed outside the hotel waiting too long for calls and customers kept knocking the door to check in and no one opens the door. Customers no choice but look for another hotel in the middle of the night. Cancelled 2nd day check in due to bad experiences and upsetting situation with Brit hotel. Hotel.com must cancel contract with them."

"It didn’t say anywhere that this apartment is part of an old age home. The pictures of the communal spaces for the property are for the use of the care home residents. All of the property facilities are clearly for elderly residents. The shower room is designed for wheelchair users. I’d understand if the property was advertised as being designed for disabled people, but it is just because it is part of a care home. They are clearly just renting out rooms they’ve been unable to sell to elderly residents. Most of the things in the room had been bought from Amazon Basics, so you have an idea of the level of investment and care going into the property. The apartment was filled with bugs crawling all over the walls and windows and we couldn’t wait to leave. Not exactly an apartment, and certainly somewhere you’d want to spend as little time as possible."

"Cette maison possède le charme des endroits aimés de leur propriétaire, investis de leur vie. On s'y sent bien, on se laisse gagner par la tranquillité de la vigne qui murit, la douceur de la Loire qui la longe. Quel bonheur, à la fin d'une journée de canoé, vélo, promenades ou visites variées, de profiter du soleil couchant sur la terrasse, armé d'un verre de Pouilly fumé, en sachant qu'on ira se coucher dans une chambre délicieusement fraîche. Bref, une semaine de plaisir."
