Newly remodeled tri-level home located in the center of Champaign. Minutes away from downtown, the University, the State Farm Center, tons of shopping and good restaurants.
The home has been renovated from top to bottom featuring a Urban Farmhouse Modern feel throughout. The living room is on the main level, the upper level has 3 bedrooms and a bathroom while the lower level has another bedroom, bathroom, laundry, kitchen with all new appliances and a dining room. Both bathrooms have bath tubs with showers.
I can be reached by text, email or phone. I am also available most times to be on site if needed.
The house is located in a cute, quite neighborhood doors away from a bakery and coffee shop.
The driveway will hold 3 cars, with additional parking across the road on West Union street or at the end of the block on West White Street.

We stayed here because my son had a gymnastics meet at university of Illinois.location was extremely close. House is in a safe area, very clean, comfortable beds, bathroom stocked.We were welcomed with lots of extra amenities from snacks, water, laundry soap and spices. Great communication with host. We had no issues.

The house was adorable and well stocked. It felt like home. Lots of hangers!!! I didn’t cook but the kitchen had everything you could want. A single cup coffee pot and lots of coffee pods. The door lock and heat were so easy to use. If I need to go back to Champaign I would definitely stay here again.

What a great home! Surprised to find the kitchen on the lower level. Very clean and a fun place to stay. Located on busy street makes it a little tricky to get in/ out of driveway, especially at night. I would recommend installing a hand rail in bathtub /shower as the ceramic is a bit slippery when wet. I would definitely rent this property again. Also, thanks for the granola bars & water bottles in fridge. Very friendly!

Delightful Stay
My group had a wonderful stay at this property. The pictures are very accurate. The property is on a Main Street but we could not hear traffic inside. The beds were comfortable with top notch bedding. Each bed had a variety of pillows to use which made sleeping easier. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We especially appreciated the Christmas decor. It really felt like a home away from home.

Kenneth has a wonderful property that we were delighted to stay at. They even had a Christmas tree set up for guests. The beds were cozy and the house was very well stocked and maintained. Would definitely stay again.
