"We had 4 families with 6 kids under 9 meet for the New Year and there was plenty of room for all of us. The large dining area had big tables great for serving and playing games. Our only burden was the grill, it is very weathered and unusable. Minor issues but nothing worth reviewing… Overall, we had a great time!"

"Cozy, but not cluttered, clean well appointed property. Close to our favorite bakeries, Art Mart and Sun Singer and a short drive to the Virginia Theatre. Soft sheets and duvets, fluffy adult size towels. Nice coffee bar and snacks. Comfy front and back porches extend the size of the home, beautiful back yard and paved off street parking, quiet treelined street. Excellent instructions and communication from the host. We will definitely book the next time we're in Champaign for an event."

"We rented this property for 8 days. We arrived to find that the property had not been cleaned between rentals. On day 3 a storm knocked out the power at this property. The property host knew the power was out but had no solution for us so we went to a hotel. The power stayed out the next day so we stayed again in a hotel and had to rent a second hotel room for family who were to stay with us. The power came back on late in the afternoon on day five. By that time we had already rented our hotel...

"This is a second floor apartment that has a lot of lovely features. The host clearly has put time into making it comfortable and pretty. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen works well. The bathroom is old but works fine. The challenges were that the listing showed bunk beds and a king bed, but it was two king beds, which made it hard to find sleeping for two teenagers who don't sleep well together. To be fair, the host apologized and brought over extra blankets so we could use the futon....
