Si vous rechercher le confort moderne, cet endroit plein de charme n’est pas fait pour vous…. On y fait un voyage dans le passé. Des pièces immenses, un jardin magnifique et du calme ! L’épaisseur des murs vous préserve de la chaleur!

Fascinant manoir muséal
Merci à Raymonde qui est une logeuse très chaleureuse et arrangeante sur les conditions du séjour, et pas du tout avare de détails à propos de son lieu d'exception. Un arbre magnifique, où gîtent un coucou le jour et une chouette la nuit, trône au centre de la propriété depuis la Révolution. Son âge est donc vénérable et ses dimensions magistrales. Pourtant, le manoir de Raymonde est deux fois plus vieux encore. Y séjourner invite au respect et à la réflexion, pour qui est sensible à ce type de considérations. L'aspect historique est omniprésent. Le manoir est très bien restauré et le confort y est suffisant. Le jardin est superbe. C'est un logement naturellement ultra-frais. Il est absolument idéal en période de canicule, j'imagine, mais c'est une donnée à bien factoriser en hiver. Heureusement, la cheminée semble capable de bien carburer et il y a des chauffages d'appoint.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Champagné Le Sec, durant cet été "chaud", grace à l'environnement du très grand jardin, qui possède des coins bien ombragés permettant de manger matin, midi et soir dehors. Vu la chaleur, c'était vraiment très apprécié. Du coup, nous avons passé moins de temps à l'intérieur, qui est très bien restauré et pourrait encore plus mis en valeur.

Dans le 15ieme......siècle
Bâtisse dans son jus, agréablement posé dans un lieu calme et silencieux. Nous avons passé un séjour satisfaisant avec toute l'équipe et avons apprécié la convivialité du la demeure pour un repos bien mérité au jour le jour. On est bien dans une demeure du XV ième et ne cherchons pas le luxe d'un pavillon actuel ! Les fantômes ne nous ont pas dérangé.... Mais chuuuuttt il ne faut pas le dire....Si vous permettez un petit (moins) il sera pour la salle de bain de l'étage qui pourrait mérité une petit modification ( à moindre coût) pour être PLUS fonctionnel...... Merci à notre hôte qui à fait preuve d'une grande sympathie tant à l'accueil d'arrivée qu'à notre départ. L'équipe PHENIX

Très bien accueilli, la propriétaire des lieux est très gentille et attachante
Agréable séjour entre amis. Le cadre est magnifique et reposant, c est vraiment une propriété typique avec une riche histoire. D'ailleurs la propriétaire vous raconte l histoire de cette demeure avec des étoiles dans les yeux. Nous conseillons ce manoir pour un week-end entre amis où famille. Nous en gardons un excellent souvenir et bien sûr à refaire. Merci encore pour l accueil 👍et votre gentillesse

Passage à l'année 2022
Nous avions besoin de calme, d'espace et de douceur pour fêter la fin d'année 2021. Nous avons trouvé tout cela au manoir de Madame Meneteau. C'est très rustique mais quel dépaysement pour nous ! Dès notre arrivée, le feu dans la cheminée nous a permis de déconnecter et nous avons passé 3 belles soirées !

Séjour atypique et rejouissant
Superbe demeure atypique ce qui offre un véritable dépaysement. La propriétaire est extrêmement accueillante et nous rend amoureux de sa maison! Le jardin est grand, splendide … mention spéciale pour le tilleul plus que 2 fois centenaire! Et des choses à faire et visiter dans un rayon raisonnable. Excellent séjour pour tous des plus petits ( 16 mois et 20 mois) aux plus grands. Je recommande vivement.
