"This hotel is in a wonderful location, the staff is very friendly and helpful and the parking is good and free of charge. However, the condition of the room and bathroom was very poor, which is a pitty, the hotel need some tender care and love to be in acceptable conditions."

"Great location - close to town, restaurants and the bus. Decor is eclectic but cool, with lots of indoor games for snowy days, and the bon bons in the lobby saved me while standing in line for different attractions! The bed was comfortable, and the view from our balcony was spectacular. Our only issue was that the bathroom was really small. I highly recommend the buffet breakfast - it’s the best deal in town and what a view!"

"Excellent stay. The room view was superb and with good amenities, the breakfast was great, and the staff was lovely. The spa was a nice touch after skiing sessions and required bookings in advance which was not a problem if done in advance. Jorge of reception staff was amazing with great recommendations for day trips and advice. My only point for improvement is the quality of the toilet paper which is subpar for this stay's pricepoint. Otherwise, everything was excellent."
