This hotel is a true gem in Chamonix. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the staff is both friendly and highly competent. Breakfast is generous and varied. The highlight, however, is the stunning mountain view—you can enjoy it while having breakfast or from the patio of your room. I will definitely include a stay at this hotel on my next visit to Chamonix.

Good breakfast. Clean rooms. The staff was helpful and friendly except for the British woman who reluctantly agreed to fill our water bottles with a painful fake smile. But to her credit, she was still helpful. I’d stay again!

The location is simply perfect. Nestled against the breathtaking backdrop of the French Alps, the view from our room was phenomenal. Each morning, we were greeted by the majestic sight of Mont Blanc, which made waking up a delight. The property itself is impeccably maintained. Everything was clean and well-manicured, reflecting the care the staff puts into ensuring a pleasant stay. The attention to detail made the surroundings feel inviting and tranquil. The staff was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were always available to assist with any questions or requests, adding a personal touch that made a big difference. I can’t wait to go back!

We loved our stay here, amazing view , super friendly staff, spotless, 5 minutes walk to town center , one bus stop to Brévent cable car station! We walked to all including Mont Blanc station, the clog train station! Just be aware that The room no A/C , there was no free breakfast , but the beautiful view is enough! Special mention: the afternoon shift staff Gabriel was so helpful, the best!

The location was ideal. Back patio had a beautiful view of the mountains. However the wider patio area was shared, and our neighbors took their table and set it out in the middle of the open area and basically took it over, so no privacy, and we really couldn’t enjoy the back patio because they were u friendly. Basically gave us a stare when we said hi. It’s not an amazing hotel, but for the price in the area, it was good enough. Most of the staff were helpful. There was just one woman who was a bit standoffish. Example is I asked her what things there are to do and her response was it depends on the person. Everyone likes different things. When I asked her about trains to Paris, she said there were many ways to get to Paris and it depended on the person. You get the idea. The hotel was a solid 4. She was a 2 at best.
