In terms of layout, you will find:
- A large living room opening onto the terrace, featuring a kitchen with all the essential equipment, a dining area for 4 people and a lounge area with sofa and comfortable armchair, accompanied by a flat screen television and of a coffee table.
- A beautiful 11m² terrace, with no direct view other than large green trees, benefiting from a “garden lounge” area for an aperitif and a dining table area with 6 chairs
- A first bedroom with its Queen size bed 160x200cm and its cupboard/wardrobe
- A second bedroom with its 2 large single beds 90x190 cm for the comfort of adults or children and its wardrobe.

The apartment is located a stone's throw from the historic heart of Chambéry. In less than 10 minutes on foot, you will be at Place du Château to admire the vestiges of the ducal past, at Les Halles to do some shopping or Place Saint Léger to shop or sit on the terrace of a café (finally!) Chambéry hospital is also less than 5 minutes away on foot.
Several bus stops are located near the apartment, notably to go to the thermal baths of Challes-Les-Eaux or the universities of Jacob-Bellecombette or Technolac.

appartement calme et fonctionnel au 4 étage d'un ensemble d'immeubles, proche du centre ville du château et des commerces.
propre dans l'ensemble sauf canapés usagés plaids couettes et protections literies tachés.
Appartement très agréable et spacieux. Belle petite terrasse avec vue sur les arbres. Très propre, grande disponibilité et gentillesse des personnes de la conciergerie de Savoie.
L'appartement est très bien placé, à 700 mètres des rues piétonnes et du centre historique de Chambéry. Il est très bien équipé et le quartier est calme.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour à Chambéry dans un appartement très propre et bien aménagé.
Il manquait simplement un congélateur et la climatisation pour que le séjour soit parfait...
Excellent séjour dans un superbe appartement très propre et bien situé.
Quelques remarques constructives : le pommeau de douche est à changer et si possible ajouter des rideaux occultant la lumière dans les chambres. Une lumière à ajouter au garage. Je recommande ce logement très propre et accueillant où adultes et enfants se sentent très bien.
