"Alors qu Abritel a prélevé le coût du séjour la veille de l arrivée, lorsque nous avons enfin eu le propriétaire et le gestionnaire du logement au téléphone trente minutes avant notre arrivée (alors que j avais envoyé des messages sur la plate-forme pour connaßtre qques détails sur les modalités d arrivé), le logement en était pas disponible et un autre logement nous a été proposé complÚtement excentre du centre ville que nous avons refusé. Depuis le séjour n est pas annulé et le remboursement...
